5-day newbie

when you're close with someone, see them daily, you almost (ALMOST!) anticipate their new arrival as much as them - right?!

i was beyond thrilled when this little guy arrived. it was like reliving my first, in a way. except this time, my first is now 7.5 years old, coming home from school, gushing about how he's so excited for his teacher's "baby to come out," so he could "hold him & smell his tiny baby smell."

this little guy belongs to my son's wonderful teacher. and, more of him and his beautiful face (and his proud parents) can be found in the gallery.
