i walked into the room and there stood both sets of grandparents, beaming. then, i spotted new, proud auntie, full of smiles, ready to hold baby again. mama and dada with the look of relief, like, finally, she's here; we can exhale.
what a sight to see, and what a special feeling to be able to capture it all. like always, i'm very honored to be a part of this superspecial birthday.
